1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between ALMPACT LTD (CRM xAI) and its customers related to the use of our SaaS products (Basic, Business, Premium).

2. Service Description

CRM xAI provides a cloud-based software solution, including:

CRM tools

Website builder

Marketing automation and integrations

3. Term and Termination

Contracts run for an indefinite period.

Customers may terminate at any time with 30 days' notice before month-end.

Notice must be given in writing via email to [email protected].

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices follow the current price list:

e.g., Basic $69/month, Business $99/month, Premium $179/month

Billing is monthly, in advance

and

e.g., Basic $49/month, Business $79/month, Premium $159/month

Billing is Yearly, in advance

Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe

All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT

5. Pre-Sale / Founder Offers

For promotional Founder Offers (Business or Premium plans), billing will only begin from the official launch date: September 8, 2025.

6. Service Availability

Service levels depend on the chosen package.

While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

7. Liability Disclaimer

CRM xAI is liable only in cases of gross negligence or intent.

No liability for outages caused by third-party providers (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, Azure).

We disclaim liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Data Protection

Our services are subject to our current Privacy Policy.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply exclusively.

Jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Paphos, Cyprus, where ALMPACT LTD is registered.
