He has built multiple tech teams and combines deep technical know-how with a strong vision for an AI-powered future of work.
As CEO, he leads the strategy, product vision, and global expansion of CRM xAI.
Larissa Wegener
COO & Co-Founder
Larissa is an industrial engineer (FH Wedel) with experience in building structured processes, funnel architecture, and operational scaling.
She ensures CRM xAI remains not only technologically powerful but also organizationally scalable.
As Co-CEO, she drives growth, internal operations, and go-to-market execution.
